Afternoon, Commander. I hope your day is faring well. I have just beamed Ensign Bright out of the Jefferies Tubes a few moments ago for the second time in a short notice. I have made it clear to everyone on the station that it is not allowed to linger in the tubes without proper authorization. Besides all that, they did not respond to the initial Comm message I sent out to them. Because of this I am afraid I have no other option but to put two strikes on their record.
